Service Description
Please pick 3 items from the following list for each session: -Watch baby while you shower -Watch baby while you nap - Watch baby while you do a chore - Help develop a schedule - Help develop a support system - Assist with breastfeeding support - Help develop a meal/snack plan - Bring Dinner - Start Dinner - Dust - Windows - Run Errands - Dishes - Laundry - Vacuum 2-3 hour chunks of time, 3 times a week. (An example: Your postpartum doula might come for 2 hours on a Monday evening, Bringing Dinner and doing Dishes. Then she may come for 3 hours on Wednesday from 1-3pm, providing Breastfeeding Support, Developing a meal/snack plan, and laundry. Finally on Friday she may come for 2 hours to do more laundry and vacuum. Obviously there can be some flexibility here. These options are to give you guidance/support you in your decisions.)
