Service Description

Please pick 3 items from the following list for each session: -Watch baby while you shower -Watch baby while you nap - Watch baby while you do a chore - Help develop a schedule - Help develop a support system - Assist with breastfeeding support - Help develop a meal/snack plan - Bring Dinner - Start Dinner - Dust - Windows - Run Errands - Dishes - Laundry - Vacuum 6 hours total, 3 hours, 2 times a week (An example: Your postpartum doula might come on a Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9am-12pm. On Tuesday, Laundry, Dusting, and Developing a Support System may happen. And on Thursday, Dishes, Watching Baby while you Nap, and Watching Baby while you do a Chore may happen. Obviously there can be some flexibility here. These options are to give you guidance/support you in your decisions.)
