Service Description

Please pick 3 items from the following list for each session: -Watch baby while you shower -Watch baby while you nap - Watch baby while you do a chore - Help develop a schedule - Help develop a support system - Assist with breastfeeding support - Help develop a meal/snack plan - Bring Dinner - Start Dinner - Dust - Windows - Run Errands - Dishes - Laundry - Vacuum 6 hours total utilized over the course of 1-3 weeks, preferably in 1-3 hour increments. (An example: Your postpartum doula may come for 2 hours on a Wednesday evening to Bring you Dinner and do Dishes. Then she may come on a Monday morning for 2 more hours to Run Errands and Vacuum. She may come that same week on a Thursday for 1 hour for Breastfeeding Support. And finally use the last hour on a Tuesday afternoon to Watch the Baby while you Shower. Obviously there can be some flexibility here. These options are to give you guidance/support you in your decisions.)
